Shipping Information

Eco Washing Lines offers shipping of all products ordered through our website to any destination in the UK and Europe.

All orders and products purchased in the UK are delivered direct to your home by courier, with all orders being fully guaranteed to arrive to your home undamaged and in perfect working order. 

Normal delivery time for UK orders is around 6-11 working days from ordering, with a small delivery fee for all UK orders.  

If any damage does occur in transit, Eco Washing Lines takes full responsibility and will ship a new undamaged product to the customer ASAP once the damaged product has been returned.

For all European orders there is a €4.50 per kg charge for shipping and orders can be shipped to any destination throughout Europe.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. Returns Policy

Legal compliance

Eco Washing Lines returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Your Rights As A Consumer

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for canceling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.
For all canceled orders the customer is liable for all return shipping charges associated with the returning of product to our Nottingham warehouse. 
Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and been assessed for any damage or misuse, a full refund will be paid within 30 days.
